Programme Objectives
This curriculum focuses on new multimedia technology and the creative process in a commercial and social context that is applicable to a career in the multimedia business. It also focuses on intellectual and creative growth by using technology, computer systems, and design to create unique multimedia solutions. The industry-focused approach develops a new generation of multimedia workers that are well-versed in technology but also understand art, design, culture, society, and business.
Career Prospects
Graduates will work as multimedia programmers, designers, game designers, user experience designers, and new media artists in the creative business. With further experience, they can rise to jobs like project manager, technical director, and creative director.

About the university

The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) was founded in 2012 and is a Vocational Training Council (VTC) member institute. THEi provides over 20 professional "Applied Science-Oriented" degree programs in seven academic areas: Product and Fashion Design, Sports and International Event Management, Digital Construction and Building Services, Horticulture, Arboriculture and Landscape Management, Chinese Medicine and Food Science, Hotel Management and Culinary Arts and Technology, and Digital Technology and Innovative Business.
