Program description
The fast growth of Hong Kong's sports and leisure business has resulted in a high demand for sports and recreation professionals in recent years. This program aims to give students with a challenging and intellectually stimulating study experience, particularly for those who want to continue or enhance their professions in the key areas of sports therapy or sports administration. Through high-quality education and training, this plan highlights not only the value of academic knowledge, but also the development of students' practical and professional abilities through industrial work experiences in Year 3 and Year 4. Students are expected to be professionally and/or clinically competent in their fields when they graduate. Students will specialize in any of the following two specializations: Sports treatment or Sports management.

About the university

The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) was founded in 2012 and is a Vocational Training Council (VTC) member institute. THEi provides over 20 professional "Applied Science-Oriented" degree programs in seven academic areas: Product and Fashion Design, Sports and International Event Management, Digital Construction and Building Services, Horticulture, Arboriculture and Landscape Management, Chinese Medicine and Food Science, Hotel Management and Culinary Arts and Technology, and Digital Technology and Innovative Business.
