Program description

Core courses, electives, and a required accounting research elective make up the cross-departmental curriculum of the Master of Science (M.S.) program with a major in accounting and information technology. Candidates from non-AACSB-approved universities or those with undergraduate degrees in subjects other than accounting might need to finish extra background courses. The MSAIT program can fulfill the 150-hour educational requirement needed to obtain a Texas Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

  • TOEFL iBT scores required with a 78 overall and minimum individual module scores of 19 listening, 19 reading, 19 speaking, 18 writing
