Program description
Geography is more important now than it has ever been because of the physical, social, and environmental conditions of our globalized society. Societies are shaped by the relationships you make with others nearby and globally, whether it be for business or policy changes.
Your experience is needed to combat global issues ranging from pandemics to climate change, extinction to unplanned migration. However, you are aware that simply learning about problems is insufficient; we must act to address them.
Human geography and the environment bind us all together. When you comprehend the connections between cultures and the natural world, you can find order in seemingly random situations. Prepare to solve the enigma that is Earth.
