Program description
Gain the skills necessary to run hotels and resorts anywhere in the world with an Associate in International Hotel and Resort Management. Everything from customer service, office administration, and catering to cleaning and property management are covered in depth.
This degree requires on-site residency for two six-month terms at our Practical Learning Centre, Blue Mountains campus in Leura. The Leura campus is run as a simulated hotel, with students playing the roles of both guests and employees. You will spend the remaining time participating in an internship. This associate degree can serve as either a stepping stone to a bachelor's degree or as a final credential in its own right, as it is essentially the first two years of a four-year program.
