Program description
A Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics) degree programme will provide you with a broad range of clinical knowledge and abilities, with an emphasis on preventative skin health and anti-aging dermal therapies. This in-depth aesthetic course covers advanced skin health regimens and suitable uses of methods and therapies using the most up-to-date aesthetic equipment and products, all supported by a theoretical foundation in health science.
This degree builds on a foundation of biology knowledge and communication skills to improve your grasp of a variety of aesthetic ideas, technologies, and innovations and teaches you how to use them in professional practise. The practical components of this course will take place in our collaborative student-led clinic on the Brisbane campus, where you will be able to confidently begin work in the beauty therapy field.
