Program description
You'll learn the fundamentals of 3D design and animation, as well as get some exposure to more specialized aspects of the profession, with a diploma in the subject. Modeling, rigging, animation, texturing, lighting, and composition are all fundamentals that will be covered. Earning a Diploma in 3D Design and Animation qualifies you for further education or for entry-level work in the industry. Please be aware that certain specialized subjects may be offered exclusively in an online format.
Throughout the program, you will work on a portfolio that will demonstrate your abilities as a designer and serve as a springboard for your professional life. Our faculty and industry partners will guide you as you develop skills in storytelling, character design, and environment creation in response to client briefs. You'll learn the fundamentals of 3D design and animation, and get an introduction to more specialized areas of the profession.
