Program description
The Diploma of UX and Web Design course expands your knowledge of web design and development. Practical coding and digital media skills are combined with human-computer interaction, user behaviour, user experience, and psychology, as well as information and media theory and the study of professional practise in interaction design workplaces. After graduation, you can pursue an entry-level job or continue your education at the bachelor's level.
This programme integrates hands-on coding and digital media skills with studies of human-computer interface, user behaviour, and user experience, as well as media theory and professional practise. You will learn the principles of digital design, including all top tools, contemporary UX methods and methodologies, and the psychology underlying digital interaction and decision making, during the diploma. The course consists of shared subjects with cross-discipline diplomas and bachelors, giving you exposure to bachelor programmes for route options as well as a legitimate exit certification if you want to enter the profession immediately after graduation.
