Program description
A Master of Design encourages designers, developers, technologists, programmers, artists, and teachers to investigate the intersections of design, project management, and business. It provides advanced knowledge for successfully applying design practises and principles to varied societal issues. It also introduces cutting-edge technology, systems, and applications. Finish the normal Master of Design programme in 18 months or the Advanced Masters programme in two years.
The course combines online and face-to-face subjects to create a flexible learning environment. In the core disciplines, you will investigate conceptual issues and visual expression questions in order to create meaningful, useable, and suitable designs for good. You'll learn about user experience, the importance of design in humanising information, and the aesthetic and practical dynamics of effective communication and branding in the global industry scene. You can tailor your course to your interests by selecting from a number of electives. You will improve your managerial abilities and practise, gain a better grasp of strategic processes, apply creative tools and design research, uncover the convergent space across disciplines, and investigate the most recent design theory, practise, and innovation.
