Program description
Individuals with a variety of additional learning requirements encounter issues that the Master of Education (Inclusive Education) program aims to address via the use of a design thinking approach. Underpinned by advanced theoretical knowledge and a person-centered approach, it places an emphasis on problem-solving in education.
This degree program provides three separate tracks: one for autism, which teaches you how to help people with autism; another for mental health, which teaches you how to help people with mental health issues; and a third for learning differences, which teaches you how to help people with a wide range of learning disabilities. This course will provide students with the information and skills they need to make a difference in the creation of programs, policies, and projects by building on research in the areas of social justice, leadership, and inclusiveness.
