Program description
Shine brightly and walk the boards as a graduate of UCA Farnham's BA (Hons) Acting degree programme, which is closely linked to the entertainment business.
With intensive hands-on training and partnerships with the likes of the National Theatre and the British Film Institute, among many others, our performance-based degree equips you with the comprehensive vocational skills necessary to thrive in the performing arts, whether on stage, screen, or in digital media. Aside from Spotlight, Equity UK has also accredited this course.
You will attend workshops that focus on voice, movement, text, and character. Since this course is production centered, you will also have the opportunity to perform in live and recorded performances, as well as create your own work. A website, voice reel, showreel, and headshots will all be part of your professional portfolio that you will be helped to create.
Through our collaborations with prestigious theatres like Farnham Maltings, you will have access to world-class live performance spaces where you can hone your skills and display your work. Our state-of-the-art facilities include recording, motion capture, and virtual production studios. An additional perk of graduating from UCA is the opportunity to try out for the brand new Graduate Company.
