Program description
All aspiring animators, take note! Regardless of your favorite medium, UCA Farnham's acclaimed BA (Hons) Animation degree program is a great place to start if you want to pursue a career in animation.
Ours is one of the most well-known and esteemed animation programs in the world, having been founded in 1972 by Oscar winner Bob Godfrey. Graduates have gone on to produce such icons as Hey Duggee, Peppa Pig, and Compare the Market's Meerkats.
You will be inspired to follow your passions and set high standards for your future job, regardless of whether you want to create animated films utilizing CGI, traditional drawing, oil on glass, sand animation, or pixelation.
We'll help you along the way with our in-depth expertise, resources, practical experience, and connections in the industry, giving you everything you need to develop into a creative storyteller and artist.
You can enroll in an Integrated International Foundation Year, which was created especially to give international students English language and creative skills before they start their first year of study.
As a part of this degree, you have the option of finishing a Professional Practice Year. You will have the chance to reach your full professional, academic, and personal potential as a result, giving you the tools you need to operate confidently and enthusiastically in creative environments. These abilities are highly recognized by employers, and a sizable percentage of placement students receive graduate-level employment offers or continue on to postgraduate study.
