Program description

Do you want to dominate the fashion industry? Join our BA/BSc Fashion Business & Management program to gain the knowledge you need to establish yourself as a leader.

This course, which is taught at UCA Epsom's Business School for the Creative Industries, focuses on enhancing your business sense and planning abilities so that you can succeed professionally. You'll graduate with the skills and assurance to excel in any area of business, including buying, merchandising, forecasting, management strategy, PR and marketing, branding, and international trade.

You will learn the foundational concepts of the fashion industry, creative business and management, brand management and promotion, buying and merchandising, during the first year of your degree.

As you study more about professional procedures, visual merchandising, and fashion forecasting in your second year, you'll concentrate on developing your own unique specialised approach to work and be encouraged to start working more autonomously.

You will develop more freedom in your final year, concentrating on independently managed research, study, and practice. After that, you'll put what you've learned to use as you create a distinctive, imaginative, and professionally relevant final major project.

You can enroll in an Integrated International Foundation Year, which was created especially to give international students English language and creative skills before they start their first year of study.

A yearlong Professional Practice Year within the fashion business is another option available to you. This will give you the chance to put what you've studied into practice and advance your knowledge and abilities.

Our graduates are very employable and possess a variety of talents that are in demand in the fashion industry. Former students have advanced in their careers and now work for well-known companies including Topshop, Burberry, and Harrods.
