Program description

You'll begin your path to becoming a highly proficient technical artist and pioneer for VFX for movies and animations with our BA (Hons) Visual Effects degree at UCA Farnham.

In this course, you'll learn a variety of computer graphics processes and techniques that are employed in the pipelines used to create professional computer animation and visual effects. In addition to helping you build a critical and creative language, we'll show you how to use industry-relevant software tools that power the creation of games, movies, and television shows.

You can enroll in an Integrated International Foundation Year, which was created especially to give international students English language and creative skills before they start their first year of study.

As a part of this degree, you have the option of finishing a Professional Practice Year. You will have the chance to reach your full professional, academic, and personal potential as a result, giving you the tools you need to operate confidently and enthusiastically in creative environments. These abilities are highly recognized by employers, and a sizable percentage of placement students receive graduate-level employment offers or continue on to postgraduate study.
