Program description
The BSc (Hons) Fashion Management course is delivered at the London College of Fashion and is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the complex global fashion industry. This highly reputable and CMI-accredited programme equips students with essential knowledge in product planning, brand management, sustainable supply chains, finance, and marketing.

Program structure
Year 1
The units you will study in Year 1, Stage 1, Level 4 are as follows:
- Introduction to Fashion Management (20 credits)
- Management and Economics (20 credits)
- Marketing Management (20 credits)
- Accounting and Finance (20 credits)
- Product Management (40 credits)
Year 2
The units you will study in Year 2, Stage 2, Level 5 are as follows:
- Responsible Management (20 credits)
- Marketing Path: Fashion Futures (20 credits) and Brand Management (20 credits)
- Product Path: Sustainable Design Management (20 credits) and Supply Chain Management (20 credits)
- Consumer Insights & Analytics (20 credits)
- Enterprise Management Project (40 credits)
Optional Diploma Year
Year 3
The units you will study in Year 3, Stage 3, Level 6 are as follows:
- Project Proposal; (20 credits)
- Strategic Management and Leadership; (40 credits)
- Fashion Management: Final Major Project; (60 credits)
A 20-credit unit is approximately equivalent to 200 hours of learning time, which includes a mixture of taught time, independent study and assessment.
All students are entitled to a tutorial package that consists of:
- one induction tutorial (group);
- tutorials with unit leaders and course leaders as available during open office hours;
- personal tutorials to support your development over the course
- an appropriate level of confidentiality.

Tuition fee:
- 30,890 GBP per year*
*Tuition fees for international students may increase by up to 5% in each future year of your course.
During your studies, you may need to cover extra costs which are not included in your tuition fees. You might need to budget for materials and equipment specific to your course. You may also need a laptop or other digital tech/software.
Requirements for applicants
The standard minimum entry requirements for this course are:
One or a combination of the following accepted full level 3 qualifications.
- A Level Passes in at least 3 subjects to total a minimum 112 UCAS tariff points. Preferred subjects include, Maths, Business Studies, Economics, Science, Humanities and Modern Foreign Languages;
- IB Diploma 25 points;
- Distinction, Merit, Merit in BTEC Extended Diploma;
- or equivalent EU or non-EU qualifications;
- and Passes in at least SIX GCSEs at grade B (6) or above including English, Maths and a Science reflecting the course rationale and Business and Management Benchmarks statement (QAA, 2019).
Applicants who do not meet these course entry requirements may still be considered in exceptional cases.
The course team will consider each application that demonstrates additional strengths and alternative evidence. This might, for example, be demonstrated by:
- Related academic or work experience
- The quality of the personal statement
- A strong academic or other professional reference
- OR a combination of these factors

English Language Requirements
- IELTS level 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
