Program description

The MA Graphic Branding and Identity at London College of Communication positions design as a strategic force for creating ethical, relevant, and socially-conscious brands that go beyond logos and visual identity. It frames branding as a holistic way of thinking, making, inquiring, and resolving complex challenges. The course begins with the designer as an intuitive maker and drives students to interrogate their own practice, transforming them into active designer-researcher-thinkers.

Students explore their personal role and what they wish to offer to clients, corporations, and communities. The program prepares graduates for the evolving challenges of the industry by emphasizing diverse, ethical brand creation. Ultimately, it equips designers to build meaningful identities that resonate within contemporary cultures.
