Program description

Do you think you have the psychological abilities necessary to assist those who are socially maladjusted? Are the difficulties that come with working in the courts, in prisons, and in crime prevention something you don't fear? Do you want to actually influence how people interact in treatment centers and actively assist those from the most challenging and dysfunctional backgrounds in their efforts to reintegrate into society?

At the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, the undergraduate degree in Correctional Rehabilitation will enable you to fulfill your professional potential by helping those who are facing challenging circumstances. You will discover and acquire the skills necessary to properly carry out the intricate process of rehabilitation, which entails helping those who have committed crimes or who exhibit a propensity toward activities that could do significant harm to society reestablish proper behavior, norms, and patterns.

Key themes from several social sciences, including psychology (e.g., social, educational, psychopathology), anthropology, criminology, and law (e.g., criminal, custodial, family), will be covered during your undergraduate studies in Correctional Rehabilitation at UEHS. Additionally, you will get comprehensive understanding of the rehabilitation systems in Poland and globally, as well as familiarity with the most recent techniques and rehabilitation initiatives.
