Program description
At the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, if you study criminology and forensic science, you will get multidisciplinary expertise that will enable you to manage forensic investigations, criminal profiling, or the analysis of criminal evidence. You'll learn about the most recent techniques for protecting a crime scene and practical weapons against commercial or economic crime. Additionally, you will gain knowledge about approaches to more general social security problems.
You will study the principles of criminal and family law, forensic medicine, crime prognosis, contemporary investigative techniques, and offender psychopathology during your undergraduate studies in criminology at UEHS. You will learn about the processes involved in conducting criminal investigations as well as the fundamentals of computer forensics. Among other things, you will learn about open-source intelligence methodologies and how tracking digital traces aids in the detection of cybercrimes, including those involving corruption. You will gain firsthand experience in the job of a forensic technician and criminologist through practice-oriented activities. You will also learn about the specific career prospects available to professionals in these two closely related professions.

Requirements for applicants
- English Proficiency Proof (IELTS, TOEFL, CAE)
- An official high school transcript from the last high school attended or from a home school program. All transcripts issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
- Official transcripts from all college-level credit courses obtained while in high school (if any).
