Program description
For those with an undergraduate degree in criminology and forensic science or a related field (such as law, administration, psychology, sociology, political science, homeland security, or the natural sciences), who wish to acquire or enhance the competencies required for work related to fighting crime, the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw offers graduate programs in criminology and forensic science. Your master's degree in forensic science and criminology will attest to your specialized knowledge and practical proficiency, which you will have acquired upon completion of this program.
UEHS's graduate program in forensic science and criminology aims to provide students with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary understanding of the fields that underpin criminologist work, including psychology (forensic, penitentiary, suicidology), law (criminal, civil, police, fiscal, international), and homeland security. You will become familiar with specific details regarding the techniques and methods of investigation as well as the methodology of measuring crime. With optional classes, you can concentrate on topics that pique your interest. Along with taking part in exciting internships and first aid classes, you will be well-prepared for professional development in the field of crime prevention and enforcement.
