Program description
This specialization's curriculum provides current knowledge and practical skills in the dynamically developing field of management, namely process and project management. The complex challenges that today's organizations face necessitate project work and business process design.
The research prepares students for complex business process optimization analysis, the use of cutting-edge IT tools, and comprehensive quality management. They also foster leadership and social responsibility.
The comprehensive and extensive knowledge you will gain during your studies will prepare you for work in banks and financial institutions, telecommunications and IT companies, as well as work as a project manager in enterprises and organizations, a specialist and analyst of processes and projects, and a manager in companies that use the process and project approach.
