Program description
Because the amount of projects completed individually is decreasing in the global economy in favor of teamwork, team-building and leadership skills are becoming increasingly valuable on the job market. A modern team leader must be able to effectively support the team, understand motivational mechanisms, and have practical conflict resolution skills.
A business psychology specialization prepares a psychologist to work in the fields of business psychology, occupational psychology, and leadership. This program of study will teach you teamwork and leadership skills. You will learn the mechanisms that underpin motivation as well as the practical negotiation skills required for business mediation.
Following graduation, you can begin working in human resources, as well as project and team management.
