Program description
Beginning with a variety of natural science courses, your second year will introduce you to biochemistry. Learn about DNA, the genetic code, proteins, the molecular machines that keep our bodies running, and many other molecular topics in the third year.
The last year of your program will cover a wide range of topics, including oncology, the history of life, and advanced genetics.
Gain a firm grasp of organic and physical chemistry, the cornerstones of biochemistry, and proceed to investigate the workings of biological molecules in living systems. Find out what scientists are trying to figure out and how they go about doing it by studying science.
