Program description
Northern Baccalaureate Nursing Program (NBNP) at UNBC prepares students to become registered nurses in Fort St. John and Prince George.
Students in the NBNP learn about the challenges and rewards of providing health care in remote and underserved areas of northern British Columbia and beyond.
The NBNP curriculum is intended to help you:
- consider clients' physical, psychological, social, environmental, and spiritual domains
- demonstrate cultural awareness
- collaborate with patients, other health-care providers, and members of the community
