Program description

Are you deeply committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle? Are you interested in sharing information and inspiring others to lead healthier lives? If you're interested in health teaching, exercise rehabilitation, health service delivery, or the fitness industry, this major is a great fit because it expands your knowledge and abilities in the exercise and health domain. Additionally, your expertise can be applied to several scientific fields, which could pave the way for further professional education after graduation. You'll have a good grounding in the subject through the required units, and then you can broaden your knowledge in the field of exercise and health by selecting units from the available options. The Bachelor of Science degree program is National University Course Accreditation Program (NUCAP) recognized, and it offers a Sport Science major as well as an Exercise and Health minor. After finishing the course, you have two years to apply to Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) to become an Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES).
