Program description
You'll gain transferable skills applicable in any field as you learn about organizational behavior, HR planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, occupational health and safety, training and development, performance management, selection and recruitment, and employment relations systems and processes.
You will learn to strategically recruit, train, and develop an organization's most valuable asset—its people—by combining studies in management and psychology.

Price
- Tuition fee — 40,200 AUD per year.
A standard full time enrolment of 48 points per year equals 1 EFTSL (1 EFTSL is the Equivalent Full Time Study Load). If you enrol in more or less than 48 credit points per year, your yearly annual fee may be different. Tuition fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase, as outlined in the UWA Acceptance Contract.
Requirements for applicants
To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have
- achieved an ATAR of at least 75, or equivalent as recognised by UWA or
- an assured pathway offer or
- achieved a score of at least 100 in UWA's experienced based entry assessment or
- a place in a relevant UWA access program.
English competency
- Minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0.
