Program description

It is becoming more and more crucial to understand how our planet functions by researching both ancient and contemporary processes in order to find and manage natural resources and forecast how the Earth system will change in the future. You will learn how to understand Earth history and geological processes, as well as how significant resources are formed and how climate and habitats evolve over time. Tutorials, computer and lab classes, and lectures by top experts and business executives make up the teaching process. There will be multiple field visits as part of this course's substantial fieldwork. With access to some of the most cutting-edge analytical tools and super-computing facilities in the world, UWA is well-equipped for geology research and instruction.
