Program description

Studying mathematics in depth and breadth exposes one to the field's foundational theories, methods, and practical applications. A thorough grounding in several areas of mathematics will be laid, and you will hone your reasoning talents, problem-solving prowess, and capacity for powerful analysis.

Topics such as calculus, abstract algebra, linear algebra, probability and statistics, mathematical modeling, differential equations, and more are taught in depth.

Math as a single major opens doors to many other fields of study, including statistics, physics, computer science, data science, business, engineering, and computer science. You can enhance your mathematical competence with insights from another discipline using this interdisciplinary method, which allows you to expand your knowledge and skills. Make your degree program unique by selecting electives that relate to your interests and future plans.
