Program description
For individuals who wish to work in dental public and primary health, the Master of Dental Public and Primary Health program was created. Along with the sophisticated set of dental public health knowledge and abilities necessary to specialize in this sector, it promotes the development of critical analysis and research ability. You will enroll in courses covering topics like epidemiology, oral health service management, dental research methodologies, and oral health care promotion and provision. This will allow you to improve your skills in your current job or expand on your talents from prior courses.

Requirements for applicants
To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have
- a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Dental Medicine, or an equivalent qualification that allows dentistry practise, as recognised by UWA; and
- the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent; or
- a Bachelor of Health Science in Dental Health, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA; and
- the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent.
English competency
- Minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5, with no band less than 6.0.
