Program description
This interesting Master of Science in Business Administration (MSc) program requires students to study at a rigorous academic level, integrating case studies and research, in order to earn a Human Resource Management concentration. Students do a short work placement that is typically directly related to their final project as part of the degree's professional-based learning module and during the program's designated "project weeks."
The curriculum includes both MBA-specific and more generalized courses in economics, management, and business administration. Students will be able to deepen their understanding of corporate management and administration through the program's modules on topics such global economics and strategic management, globalization, society, and culture.
Human resource management is analyzed from a strategic viewpoint in this concentration, along with the idea that leadership plays a significant influence. Human resource management students can see how fostering, managing, and integrating global talent is intrinsically linked to organisational transformation and business growth.
