Program description
With the recent technological developments, environmental awareness and humanitarian goals, we witness considerable efforts for improvement in manufacturing and service systems. We may categorize some of these efforts as follows: Efficiency, Cost reduction, Lean production and business, Speed, Quality, Safety and security, Sustainability and resilience
These efforts span all sectors such as: health, energy, logistics, agriculture, defense, manufacturing, hospitality, entertainment.
In the Industrial Engineering Department of Yaşar University, we are committed to train and educate the human resources with the qualifications required by the above sectors.
Particularly at the graduate level, we aim to provide an education for those who will be working at global teaching and research institutions such as universities, R&D departments of organizations, national and international science foundations, etc. We promote interdisciplinary work and education with our flexible curriculum and strong academic staff.
As part of the programs administered within Yaşar University Graduate School of Social Sciences and of Natural and Applied Sciences: Students that are admitted will be granted full scholarship.

Tuition fee: 7,200 USD
For students who are accepted to their desired program, a non-refundable placement fee of 1000 USD will be charged to those who accept the program placement.
Requirements for applicants
- Undergraduate diploma (or higher)
- To be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree program.
- Min. Graduation Degree should be: 2.30/4.00
Students must obtain one of the following exams:
- GRE: Min. 151 or
- GMAT: 465 or
- ALES: Min. 60 Quantitative
- The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English/Turkish.
- Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original.
- Applications are accepted from the following territories (based on citizenship): World.

About the university
Selçuk Yaşar Sports and Education Foundation launched Yaşar University in Izmir in 2001 to promote culture, art, and design and provide education, research, and services to the local and worldwide society.
