Program description
Yasar University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Business Administration Doctoral Program is intended to develop a research culture and a workable management approach at the national and international levels by communicating modern management practises and theoretical approaches in a business world where competition is increasing rapidly.
Unlike other scientific subjects, the business doctoral programme prepares students not just for academic careers but also for top-level management positions in the private sector.
One of the program's key aims is to be able to require knowledge that will help to the development of management science at the national and international levels by combining scientific knowledge and research culture. As a result, our students are expected to internalise a systematic discipline, an ethical approach, and a culture of creative thinking that enables the production of scientific knowledge and culture, and to apply this culture in their careers, as researchers or practitioners, as a philosophy of life.
The Department of Business Administration actively collaborates with Europe's top 50 universities, and each doctoral student can take classes and conduct research at these universities for at least one academic term.

- To be a graduate of any Master Program with thesis.
