EM Normandie Dubai Business School

About the university
EM Normandie, one of the oldest French business schools and a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), was established in 1871 by traders Jules and Jacques Siegfried. Over 7,000 students globally are currently being trained to become future leaders and changemakers thanks to its 150 years of history and creativity.
EM Normandie, which is ranked in the Financial Times 2023 Top 65 and in the top 1% of business schools worldwide, offers a top-notch education by fusing experience and innovation.
The school has six campuses: Oxford, Dublin, Caen, Paris, Dubai, and Le Havre. Encouraging generations to think, learn, and create for a sustainable future is its goal. With a central location in Dubai, EM Normandie is internationally recognized by AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, CIPS and CIM and locally accredited by the CAA.
Vision
In order to equip the generations of yesterday, today, and tomorrow to be responsible corporate citizens and actors of a sustainable world—free to think, free to study, and free to create—it is important to combine the best practices of the French and international educational systems in order to make an impact in the United Arab Emirates.
Mission
Although EM Normandie is pleased to have kept up with the times, its primary goal is to:
- Develop executives and students who can make decisions, operate in an uncertain work environment, and take on the managerial and entrepreneurial challenges of the future.
- Engage with its wider regional surroundings (Middle East and UAE) while broadening your perspectives to include France and Europe through its European professional and student networks.

Accreditations
Degrees from EM Normandie in the UAE are recognized both domestically and abroad. Education programs or institutions go through accreditation, a quality assurance procedure, to verify that they fulfill a rigorous and accepted set of operational and service criteria. The institution's credibility and ability to deliver high-quality instruction are demonstrated by its accreditation.
Local Accreditations
The UAE’s Ministry of Education, through the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), has granted EM Normandie Business School Initial Institutional Licensure (IIL) and Initial Program Accreditation (IPA). EM Normandie in the UAE is the only French Business school in Dubai licensed by the Ministry of Education in the UAE. The accreditation is a significant step in our quest to establish ourselves as a vital component of Dubai’s developing status as a hub for international education.
International Institutional Accreditations
EM Normandie entered a very restricted circle of triple-accredited business schools. Less than 1% of the world’s business schools and only 18 Grandes Écoles in France hold the famous triple crown. This is an undeniable advantage for EM Normandie students and graduates.
EM Normandie is accredited by:
- The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB)
- EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS)
- Associations of MBAs (AMBA)
International Programs Accreditations
- CIPS Accreditation
CIPS accreditation constitutes recognition of a world-class programme, which reflects the current and future needs of the global procurement and supply management profession.
- CIM Accreditation
CIM Accredited Degree offers students module exemptions on the most sought after CIM Qualifications, reducing the number of assessments taken to one or two, instead of three; making it more efficient and cost-effective to gain professional marketing qualifications
