Program description

The Doctor of Philosophy in Management degree is available at the Faculty of Business Administration, where students can cooperate with world-class scholars and participate in a stimulating and supportive intellectual environment. The PhD programme is a four-year, full-time programme with concentrations in general management, information systems (IS), operations management (OM), and organisational behaviour (OB)/human resource (HR) management. Coursework, a comprehensive test, and a thesis are all part of the curriculum, which exposes students to cutting-edge research in their chosen field and prepares them to do independent, original research at the dissertation stage.

Requirements for applicants

  • Master’s degree in an appropriate area of study as well as a minimum GMAT score of 600
  • A minimum GRE score of 302 will be accepted in lieu of GMAT scores
  • Minimum TOEFL scores are: 580 for the paper-based test; 237 on the computer-based test; or 92 on the Internet-based test
  • The minimum IELTS score is an overall band score of 7.0. The minimum MUNTEL score is an overall band score of 70
