Campus Life
Culinary Arts Academy has two campuses: one in Brig and the other in Le Bouveret.
The Brig dorm is located at the foot of the Alps in the beautiful Rhone Valley, just a short train journey from the famous Matterhorn. A fantastic spot to start for excursions to the mountain resorts of Zermatt or Saas-Fee is Brig, one of Switzerland's largest open-air hot springs.
On the shores of Lake Geneva, close to the French border, is the gorgeous lakefront resort known as the Le Bouveret campus. The campus, located in a magnificent former hotel from the early 1900s, offers a calm and secure learning environment with the most latest technical conveniences. While nearby ski resorts are available for individuals who prefer winter sports, students can participate in a range of water sports throughout the summer.
There are fitness centers, laundry rooms, personal storage units, nightclubs, and bars on the Brig and Le Bouveret campuses alike.
