CityU's academic offerings include certificates, bachelor's degrees, and master's degrees in fields such international hospitality and tourism management, business, retail and merchandising management, animation for the hospitality and tourism industry, and administrative support.

All classes are led by qualified instructors who have been handpicked to ensure students gain something from their time in class.
