About the university
German privately owned business school GISMA Business School has a primary campus in Hannover and a branch in Berlin. As a cooperative effort between the German state of Lower Saxony and many sizable local private-sector businesses, it was started in September 1999. In September 2013 when it was acquired by the for-profit education firm Global University Systems.
GISMA provides a range of undergraduate and graduate degrees, including MBAs, that are all given and conferred by other universities. It also provides short courses in executive education.
Since 1999, GISMA Business School has helped talented people into worldwide business. Our graduates can spot problems in firms of all sizes, start-ups, or other organisations and produce new solutions with commitment, drive, and creativity. With these ideals in mind, we continue to expand and serve students from across the world.
GISMA Business School provides Bachelor's and Master's degrees as a state-recognized institution. Some of Europe's leading colleges offer degrees via GISMA.

GISMA Business School is a state-approved institution. It also has AMBA accreditation, which was granted for the Global MBA and is shared by just six business schools in Germany and 2% of all business schools globally. The famous AMBA certification signifies educational innovation and achievement.
GISMA Business School has a long history of collaborating with European partner institutions and has been trusted to provide partner programmes approved by AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, and EPAS.
